Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy for physical books, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the unique coding printed on each Class Mathematics book, returned books cannot be resold. Because of this, a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items under the same conditions as our return policy. A 20% restocking fee applies, and the buyer must cover return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

• Ebooks & PDFs – Due to their digital nature, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Sale Items & Gift Cards – These purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded.
